Peppermint Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:
* 1+1/2cups Semi sweet Chocolate
* 2cups White Chocolate (chips or chopped chocolate)
* 1/2tsp Peppermint Extract
* 1/2cup Crushed Candy Canes

Directions:
1. Line a baking tray with wax or parchment paper.

2. Place the semi-sweeet chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30sec intervals, mixing with a spatula in between. Once the chocolate has melted, pour it on to the prepared tray, and spread it using a spatula or the back of a metal spoon. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

3. When the chocolate has set, place the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat at 30 second intervals, mixing in between. Once the white chocolate has melted add the peppermint extract and mix well. Pour the white chocolate over the dark chocolate, using a metal spoon spread evenly over(taking care not to mix the dark and white).

4. Sprinkle the crushed candy cane over the white chocolate. Place back in fridge to set. Best set over night, or a minimum of 4 hours.
Optional: you can score the chocolate bark in squares when semi set, so as to cut perfect squares, or you can wait for the bark to set for 4 hours and then break it into pieces.
