Rum Balls

 


Prep time: 30 minutes. 
No cook time. 

Ingredients:
* 3cups Crushed Oreos (crush whole including icing)
* 1cup Chopped Walnuts 
* 1/2cup Chopped Macadamia nuts 
* 3tbsp Cream
* 1/4cup Dark Rum 
* 2cups Chocolate sprinkles 

Note: You can also use shredded sweetened coconut, crushed almonds or pecans instead of sprinkles. 

Method:
1. Combine crushed Oreos, walnuts, macadamia nuts and cream, and mix well with a fork. 
2. Add in the rum mixing well to combine. 
3. Make small round balls, using a small melon scoop. You will need to shape the mixture into a ball. 
4. Once the balls have been made, coat it in the sprinkles (or another coating should you wish), forming ball shape. 
5. The rum balls will need to be chilled for 2 days before they are ready to be served.
